Is there a log?


Yes, under "Inbound" as well as "Outbound" you have the possibility to search for a specific message via the log search.

This is especially helpful if, for example, a message has been blocked by the filter, which is actually not spam at all. In the log search, you then have the option of searching for the blocked message and releasing it via "Release & Train". At the same time, the mail is sent to our training server, where the message is analyzed and the algorithm of the filter is adapted. This reduces the probability that a similar one will be blocked again.
