Are there any examples of how the rules for the blacklist and whitelist can be designed?


You can define your own rules for the filter, which can be used to accept or block a message. The easiest way to design the rules is to use the simple view mode. You can change the advanced mode in the settings of your spam filter under "Other > User's Profile".

Messages with a specific term in the subject line
  • Click Add rule and a window will open where you can define the rule.
  • Enter a name for the rule and specify the required condition.
  • Click "Save"to activate the rule.
  • All messages that use the term "PKV" in the subject are now filtered out.

Messages with a specific term in the message body
  • Click Add rule and a window will open where you can define the rule.
  • Enter a name for the rule and specify the required condition.
  • Click "Save"to activate the rule.
  • All messages that use the word "PKV" in the message text are now filtered out.

Messages from specific country
  • Click Add rule and a window will open where you can define the rule.
  • Enter a name for the rule and specify the required condition.
  • Click "Save"to activate the rule.
  • All messages sent from Afghanistan are now filtered out.

The following values can be used for the individual countries:
