Does every user need access to his SPAM account or is it only available for the administrator?


Theoretically, every user has the possibility to log into the Spampanel (https://login.europeanmx.eu) with his email address, but this is not absolutely necessary. Of course, a normal e-mail user will only get access to his own e-mail address. As an admin, you can access all blocked incoming messages via quarantine.

For example, in order to release blocked, valid messages from quarantine, the admin can activate the option "Periodic user reports" for the individual users. When activated, every valid recipient regularly receives an e-mail from the system, which informs him/her about blocked incoming messages and gives him/her the possibility to release and train them with a click, for example.

The actions which are available for a blocked message, can be regulated by the admin within the spam panel. You can also restrict the report in a way that the recipient is only informed about blocked messages, but no options are available within the report. In order to release the message or to block the sender, he/she may then have to contact the admin.
