How can I save storage space? Can I allow messages to expire?

All messages that are considered legitimate by the filter are stored in the archive of your domain. If your storage is not sufficient, you can either change the indexing options or allow older messages to expire.

  • Indexing options: Under "Archive > Settings" you have the possibility to change settings for indexing.
  • Expire messages: Older messages that are no longer needed can be automatically removed from the archive if the storage space is no longer sufficient. By activating this option you have the possibility to define the number of days how long a message should be stored in the archive.

If the storage space is still insufficient, you can of course also expand it. Please contact our support.
